I value health & vitality of people & place, personal development, freedom, connection, beauty, resourcefulness, inspiration & organic everything. The focus of my work is connecting with heart & soul for genuine sustenance. The goal is alignment with Life as a multi-dimensional, multi-sensorial, exponentially powerful source that is greater than ourselves, yet the miracle of which we are a fractal & integral part. A love of Nature, a career in landscape architecture, along with my personal healing, has set the foundation for my eco-spiritual approach & creative way of life. Now, I merge my expertise of outer landscapes to inner ones and back again.

I have found that when we come together with mutual intention, the results are often miraculous. Yet, the shadow sides of life can really trip us up and lead us to forget all of this; and, we can get lost, off track, and disconnected for long periods of time. Like much of humanity, I have experienced intense trauma, loss, grief, addiction, chronic pain and a general separation from self, purpose, love, and Life. This human trek is often from Scared to Sacred and from the Hole of suffering to the Whole of being. 

Within the light of the Divine, I can companion you on the road back home to heart. This is the field that not only acknowledges the boxes, but walks right out of them.
